Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the details you send us through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Toro Nero Digital, Ireland, is responsible for the details you send us through this website. Contact: office@toronerodigital.com.
This notice covers our website and the enquiries you send us. When we send review requests on behalf of a business that uses our services, that business decides how its customers' details are used, under a separate agreement with us.
What we collect
When you use our forms: your business name, town, and your email address or phone number. In the contact form, also your name and your message.
We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind. Please don't send us sensitive information, such as details about health, in your message: we don't need it.
Why we use it
- To send you the comparison you asked for and to reply to you. These are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep a record of our correspondence (our legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
If we don't start working together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months.
To protect our forms from abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for up to 24 hours. It can't be read back as your address.
Who processes data for us
OVHcloud provides our website hosting and email, in data centres in the EU.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records technical data, such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, for security, and keeps it for a limited time.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have it corrected,
- have it deleted,
- restrict how we use it,
- object to how we use it,
- receive it in a portable format.
Write to us using the address above. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie) or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
